The Barrie Box offers a plethora of fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, some sourced from local farms as well as at time to time, exotic additions. We take care to present and update our products in the ‘application’ and within the boxes as accurately and as timely as possible.
This website and associated application are operated by A.P Barrie & Co. Throughout the site and application, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to A.P Barrie & Co. and The Barrie Box. We offer this website and application, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our application and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The products which we stock on our application, and at the various locations we operate have all been upload to the appropriate section of the application. If an item of stock is low, or unavailable purchase of this will not be able to be processed and we will endeavor to re-stock the location as promptly as possible.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Returns and Refund Policy
Payments for purchases from any of The Barrie Box locations is processed by the platform Tyl®.
For perishable, fruit, and vegetable items, these are non-returnable or refundable.
For packaged parlor and cupboard goods, returns will be accepted on products you are not wholly satisfied with, within a period of 30 days. Within 30 days we will offer an exchange or full refund. If the product has been opened and does not live up to expectations, we will offer a refund for the product. In the first instance, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with an advisor.
Refunds will be processed to the original purchase card within 14 days of notification. This will be done through our online system, so please allow 3 to 5 business days after confirmation that the refund has been processed to see the funds in your account.
If for any reason the refund cannot be processed, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as we are aware of any issues. If you have received confirmation of a refund being processed, but not received the funds after 5 days please contact your bank in the first instance.
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”.

How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing you personal Information

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
